Here lets Get Start
First Of All You have to open Search Console
Note !! You Have Site Map on Your Blog First check it is it work or not
To Check Your Sitemap Just Type your Blog Address And After URL You have to type This /sitemap.xml
look Like this
https://uptodowntips.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml

If You Get a Page Like This Then You Can Proceed 
So Now Follow These Steps To Get Indexed 
Step 1
Goto Google Search Console
Here is the Link https://search.google.com/search-console/about

Step 2
Click On Start Now Then You will be redirected to the Search console page If you have google account logged in 
look like this
Here You have to write your URL in the URL Prefix Box And Click On continue 

Step 3
And Now you have to verify your ownership For this Click on HTML TAG 
Copy the Code as it is and paste it in you Header of Theme ( If You don't know This Please Leave a Comment i will Make A Lesson On it )
wait 10 Seconds And Click On verify 
Once you Verify Your Ownership You Have to upload your site map to google For this 
Goto Sitemap And type it sitemap.xml
just click on Submit and close it You get indexed on google in few days
